Yesterday was just a normal day! I only had one class though because the other classes were testing so I got to lay down and read Jubilee Trail for a couple hours and it felt SO nice. Then Sara and me went to Mekena and Maries apartment to finish planning our week trip. We didn’t finish planning it though. But we found out that the places we want to go are SO far away. So we cut it down to Xian (where the Terracotta Warriors are) and Chengdu (where the pandas are). But even then it is an 11 hour train ride to Xian and a 13 hour train ride from Xian to Chengdu. That means the only way back home would be a 1 day and 4 hour train ride or a 2 hour plane ride. So obviously we would have to go with the plane. But that is looking pretty pricey. So hopefully Orange can help us find a good deal…
After planning we went to our favorite chow mein place. They make the noodles right in front of you and it’s so cool. Noodles are really hard to pick up with chopsticks though… haha I will send pictures!
Sara and I have been going running in the mornings which we think helps us be happier. Plus the weather is SO perfect that you can’t help but be happy. Plus we are in China, so basically we are really happy. J
